CANCELLATION POLICY
Once appointment is booked you have 12 hours to cancel for a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations after 12 hours for scheduling purposes and for the artists time. No refund for same day appointments made nor are there options to reschedule. You have up 24 hours to reschedule any other made appointments.
